GetHuman-254416: Second call *.* weeks later was same time but problem is still not solved after *.* weeks. Say they are sending a replacement but don't and still no tracking number. Even provided CC number on first call for advance replacement, lot of good that did.

GetHuman-254416: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
