I have tried for * days to contact them, I spent *** minutes on the phone on hold and again, recordings that say they have a heavy calls and to please contact them at a later time? This is so wrong. Today, I waited for ** minutes and then had stuff I have to do. NOBODY answers and the waits are ridiculous. Horrible experience. My coverage depends on getting through and I only have a few days......
