GetHuman-322184: Have been trying through Google to find a way to Email my problem to Apple Tech Support and not through the Express Lane option where you can only TALK to someone. This is the first place I've found an actual Email address to mail to. Why it's so hard to Email rather than Talk beats me! THANKS!
