GetHuman-346716: Over the course of ** hours I spoke to three people. The first "gentleman" was limited. He a couple of hard resets and deemed the phone "fixed". When I protested and requested a new phone, he said that could not happen and put me on hold while he spoke to his supervisor. Call dropped (he had my number) Never heard from him again. *nd staff was much more receptive, Kimberly, was more receptive that there was something wrong and focused initially on the call button We were disconnected and no call back. The third person Tina reviewed what had been reported and an made an appt for me to visit a store in Augusta, Ga.for an exchange, yes a substantial drive but beats a blank. And another thing the personnel in the TTT stores in Columbia where I live are awful. have been to three. When I bought my first phone the taff was helpful and courteous, Not now!
