~Brandon: You will get someone in the US who speaks English. For tech support, have serial number ready. Don't press zero -- say "iPhone Support" (or whatever product you're calling about). The system will ask you for serial number and get you right to someone who can help.

~Brandon: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Brandon: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Apple's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Brandon: For that I would say one out of five.
