~Mary: I waited ** minutes x * and could not get anyone who knows anything. What happened to Apple Care? It **** big. Then I got someone in some foreign country. I am sick of Apple Care. It is a waste of my precious life. Steve Jobs would not have allowed this kind of business.*I mean how much money does this company need already??? I have to shlupp my heavy computer to the Apple Store or hold for **-** minutes. This reminds me of my Dell Computer holding this long to talk to someone in India. Get your **** together. These products are not cheap and I am sick of your greedy money driven attitudes.

~Mary: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Mary: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AppleCare's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Mary: For that I would say five out of five.

~Mary: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AppleCare to know who you are.
