~jldavey: Weeks go by after ordering, I ask when to expect kitchen appliances. Tell me oven is backordered for weeks, I said send the rest, I cannot wait any longer. Oh no, they cannot have two deliveries. Few days later received email at * pm saying they we coming that day *-*pm. I call, they promise to straighten out. I call every day for the next week, with the only answer being they have to check with the shipper. Then I get an email with a two day delivery period. *They finally arrive, one piece missing, one piece damaged. This after telling me they could not possibly make two trips - they knew they did not have the piece, could not be bothered to tell me. I call every day for days trying to track down missing downdraft (required for countertop measure). They promise they have it, in the warehouse. I believed them and did not order another elsewhere. Planning to go to warehouse and pick it up and they finally admit they dont have it. Bought it elsewhere. they shorted me $** on the credit.
