~gcroo: Kaiser patients have to order through a special extension. I was able to get through on Apria's regular order line, but not on the special Kaiser line. Apria is so cheap they don't staff up to the level of business and they don't tell you if your wait will be ** minutes or ** hours. Then I finally left my number but they never called me back. Terrible service. Apria brags about being so big, but they are running on the cheap when it comes to staffing up to all their business. No regard for the customer's time. Kaiser should find another vendor.
