GetHuman-thedisne: My machine is not working. I orginally made contact because it was beeping and had terrible pressure. It took them * days and four phone calls from me to get someone to call me back. I was told to take the card of the back and the air was just because I was "acclamiated ' to the air. There is no air. I take it off there is no air. The biggest issue besides that is that the machine turns itself off every minute and does not come back on. There does not seem to be any loose cords or anything it just DOES NOT work. I was told a tech would call me and if need be, would come out to fix it or bring me a loaner. This did not happen. When I called to speak to a supervisor I was hunng up on. I am now sleeping with no air and have been awake for I do not know how long now. I am thinking of going to the attorney general if this is not fixed PRONTO
