~AL: Unfortunately it seems the services these clowns provide don't have much competition in the area. The service was great in getting the device delivered to our house, but the tech did not provide the correct instructions on operation of the device. Then when we called to schedule to have them pick up the device from our house we were told the don't do pick up and we would have to bring it back in ourselves, which was not convenient at all. Lastly they told us they needed a credit card to hold for deposit only, not for service charges. Guess what we started getting charges on the card shortly thereafter, and never received a statement of what the charges were for until I called up the atrocious billing service line and waited on hold for *** minutes twice to get them to send me a statement. TERRIBLE SERVICE
