~cashmycheck: HORRIBLE WAIT TIMES. They play music while you are on hold but interrupt it every few seconds to try and persuade you to press * and hangup so they can call you back when they're not busy. If your that understaffed on a Monday morning at **AM, HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES!
