~Sadder but wiser: Very disappointed that lack of communication and service has soured my impression of ArchivMusic and taught me to be wary of organisations that do not come under an umbrella like Amazon in future.**Half an order did not arrive * weeks after the shipping advice and ** days plus after half did arrive. The tracking number was invalid according to USPS, so I contacted ArchivMusic. ***They will only check with the warehouse if it is still missing after ** days and ignored my follow up email asking that they take some action now to find it. ***Our postal service advises me that the sooner a missing parcel starts to be tracked the more likely it is to be found. e.g. What if a consignment were languishing in the wrong country? Enquiries are how these things are picked up. ***Unhappy customer.
