~SSG US Army: I had a fraudulent charge on my debit card from Triple H contracting and called the bank to report it. The charge was four different one's and for almost $***, and I don't have an extra $ *** just laying around. It put my account in the negative and I never go negative... I spoke to three different customer service reps. which none were helpful. They basically told me if they found the charges to be mine that I would not get a credit for the charges. Can you believe the nerve of these people? They have my credit history and it is very good.... They blame me for the charges and tell me it is my responsibility to try and call the company to see about getting a refund. After three days of phone calls I still had no help from Armed Forces Bank or their customer Support. Some support they turned out to be. I am closing my account and opening one with USAA. I hope that this helps any one to make a decision to stay away from Armed Forces Bank. Thank you SSG Clarkson.....
