GetHuman-198716: No useful customer service available. No phone, no chat, no motor car, not a single luxury, like Robinson Carusoe as primitive as can be. You can email until you turn blue, but you won't get a response, no matter which avenues you choose from their Contact page. I had to access my Arturia account to find out the status of my issues and all they'd all been closed with no contact from them. Well that's one way to close support request! Like the Grinch Who Stole Christmas the three words which best describe Arturia's customer service are: STINK, STANK, STUNK!
