~dupont_cs: I could write a book about how horrible Asurion is. They had wrong device listed on account, refused to rectify, refused to adjust the claim, told me i had to refuse package and file another claim. I did that, they cancelled my coverage and charged me twice. I then spent ** minutes on the phone with rude, ignorant staff who refused to let me speak to a manager. I have never dealt with such incompetence and gotten screwed so bad. Ended up paying *** for a phone that was free. plus had to send in broken device. This is such a ripoff. shame on you ATT for associating with these criminals.

~dupont_cs: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~dupont_cs: For that I would say five out of five.
