~ldilucente: Somebody called me and said they found my phone and I wanted to send it back to the insurance company, but they would not give me my deductible back. So, I will not bother to pick the phone up from whoever stole it.

~ldilucente: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ldilucente: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Asurion's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ldilucente: For that I would say two out of five.
