~Borto: Why don't you read what you are signing... In case you didn't know, your not special or more important than anyone else. Stop whining. You are not helping ANYONE. GO TO PHONECLAIM.COM * minutes boom done. You CANT REQUEST A NEW PHONE LMFAO! NO insurance or extended warranty gives you a new device when you have lost or broke a USED device! I'd drop my phone in the toilette then get a new phone and sell it if that was the case, getting the run around? How is that even possible??? if you are paying for the insurance you get a REFURB FIRST IF AVAILABLE WITH ** month warranty, if no refurbished available then (AND ONLY THEN) is the ONLY WAY YOU GET A NEW PHONE. Why are you people even calling??? Go to www.phoneclaim.com took me * minutes to complete everything, then you get an email in a few hours, you click the link, verify address, click accept done. New phone within ** hours. So don't be ignorant, read what you are signing, file online. It's so simple! I'm talking to every single person
