GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/20/17?
GetHuman-hhardy: I'm confused by Audible's changes on their website. Their phone number is not listed anywhere or hidden so well you give up from exhaustion. Their "chat" session isn't working. Years of purchasing and hundreds if not thousands of dollars spent with them...I'm thinking about cancelling. Ridiculous change in service.

GetHuman-hhardy: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
