Lopez: This is my first time dealing with austin energy and it's been a nightmare, first they tell me the breakdown of my bill is *** deposit, ** one time fee, ** energy consumption, then i get the bill and it totals the *** but the ** fee is no where labeled as such! I call and the useless rep I spoke with says: well, the only thing i can say is you were lied to, the next rep i spoke w*cannot provide any assistance, i requested a sup, no one called me back and now a sup calls and all they can say is they're sorry and that btw they will bill me ** more next month!!! totally a scam and horrible to see how a big company juste takes advantage of the consumer! shame on you!!
