~John: To begin with, I couldn't get to the English speaking support (Even though I pressed "*"). After trying twice I got connected to the Austrian speaking support where they in perfect English said they would transfer me to the English speaking support. I had to wait for * minutes before someone actually replied and the background music was horrible. **When someone finally replied we could barely understand each other. Sounded like someone with an Indian accent and it was really hard to communicate. *After I explained my problem she put me on hold and after waiting for * minutes (again with this horrible music) she hung up on me. **Had to call back to the Austrian speaking support and get re-transferred but after waiting for another ** minutes I just gave up. **Tried to contact them via their e-mail support and still no reply after * days. (Monday - Wednesday). On the contrary I get their newsletter which I un-marked in the registration. *O happy day.

~John: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~John: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Austrian Airlines's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~John: For that I would say three out of five.

~John: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Austrian Airlines to know who you are.
