GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/29/17?
GetHuman-tokenwhi: About *weeks ago one of your trucks was stolen off your lot and hit me. So i called the nearest automation to report it and the manager said they would take care of the damages to my car. The police got involved to catch the person that did this and so i went and got a repair estimate. Fax it to the manager i was dealing with and he said that they were not going to fix my car cause it was to high of a price. It was only $****.** .. is this how you treat people that help you out by telling you that one of your trucks was stolen and you didn't even know about it till i called you. What great common decency your company has.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-tokenwhi: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AutoNation's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-tokenwhi: For that I would say five out of five.
