~Voice of the Stressed: RENTERS BEAWARE******* This company's customer service and on-site managers are less than professionals (I can comment only about Archstone Yorba Linda CA). On-site manager or customer service is never on the same page, such as, unexplain fees, managers will quote one total* whereas, customer service will quote another total. DO NOT ALLOW THEM VERBALLY AGREE to ANYTHING NO MATTER HOW MINUTE IT IS. PUT IT IN WRITING**Repairmen are inexperienced and never seem to be able to correct the problem* if brought to the attention of the supervisors " it's not my job." There are rodents within the walls of the apartments, they never addressed issues and many others like water leaks in apartments. The rules and policies do not apply to all only the privilege few. My experience with one maintenance worker stole my autistic child's electronics and expensive horse hair paint brushes* another felt he was a comic which gave him liberty spout racial remarks toward me. **However, when reac
