~muchcat: I want to compliment Customer Service Specialist Joel DeBrosse, who I reached at the *** customer service number this evening.**I am dealing with a small airline that cancelled my flight home and left me stranded, with no way to get my Avis car back to the original tiny airport where I had rented it. The airline wanted me to jump through hoops to get a reimbursement from them for the increased rental fees that resulted when I had to fly out of a different airport. This wasn't my fault and it wasn't Avis' fault.**Joel listened to me, grasped immediately what I needed, and went out of his way to assist me, saying "it's the right thing to do". I told Joel that he was the BEST customer service rep I had spoken to in my entire life. I want to tell everyone.**Joel has the right attitude to go a long, long way. My compliments!

GetHuman: And what about Avis's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~muchcat: For that I would say five out of five.
