GetHuman-383376: What a horrible company.. they really sock it to people. I left Avista Utilities after paying my comfort level billing on time, each month, for an entire year with an almost $*** bill. What a rip off! We did everything we could to reduce energy consumption after the first rate hike we got.. We went through * of them! Rip off.. rip off.. rip off!!!!
