~15171921: I am not sure which number is which if this is the one where they can help the rep. than this is the no.I called, and my biggest complaint is you cn never get thru...do they need more help? Also most often you are connected to someone from India and I am not trying to be rude but I have so much trouble understanding and than too when I think they have understood, they really havent....lts about the thing that get lost in the transition and I end up having to say whatever over and over. Anyway todays frustration is because I paid my billby the due date last wed., put in an order, got the order, than it shows I have a **.** balance. I am so confused and upset, esp. since I cant understand what I owe....I click on something and I get a breaakout of the bill, but it makes no sense to me. It says something about an adjustment, and it is itemized backwards, etc. so I really need someon to help and I have been going on and on....trying to get someone to explaib this to me....so if there
