GetHuman-131290: I needed to reorder checks for our checking account. I have her the checking acct number, driver license number, social, address, but because I didn't know the last check written I was unable to place my order. My husband pays all our bills online and was out of town. She told me I would have to go in to a bank. Maybe she would like to take my toddlers in the bank because I sure don't! Finally I went to my local branch and the nice lady at the drive through helped me. I understand the importance of security but it is MY account and all I wanted to do was order some checks. Gracious!!!
