~Frustrated with BofA: Terrible customer service. Long waits on phone and at branch. The employees don't have an inside line so when a bank representative tried to call another dept, they had to wait ** mins too. Funny how they put it on speaker phone and EVERYONE could hear the long recording. "Appecreciate your service" is a joke!
