GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Bank of Texas customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Sherwood: I came into the branch with a CHL to use as an ID. I was told a CHL is not a valid ID. It is against their policy. When I asked for a copy of their policy I was told that it was not possible. I spoke with a regional manager. He was rude and hung up on me. He said I could not speak with his supervisor and he would not provide his name. I have been a client for *** years and I am ashamed that I would call myself a customer.
