~avidreader: *nd call in * days, asked for corporate, gave me a bogus *. Added a brand new gift card to my nook, updated the card *, scratched off pin & entered, said successfully, changed the card * but not my balance, haved called twice, said I used up the card, treated me like an idiot & theif. I always use gift cards & have * more, I bought books but with a previous card, entered, updated and tossed, unused in envelope in my dresser til I need them. NO MORE! So infuriated because I love to read and this is truly their error. No customer support whatsoever, even lied bout corp. phone *. Will call * on this site Monday and hope I get someone intelligent.
