~customer: DO NOT BUY FROM BARNES AND NOBLE !!!*absolute worst service ever. I originally called to buy books but then spoke to " Sandra " a "Customer Service Supervisor" in the California area. It's because of her specifically i would never give $* to Barnes and noble..*If she was a supervisor, the company is not in a very good place, the worst repreentation of barnes and noble.
