~avidreader: I called a different * because I added a brand new gift card yesterday to my nook, scratched the pin yesterday as I entered the card, was told gift card added, gift card * changed but amount didn't change, called last nite, & was told the card was used up on previous purchases i made on a previous card. Asked for mgrs name & * becuz I was too frustrated to continue & wanted to call back today. She wouldn't give me the info. Called back, was on today for over an hour with * different people and they insist card was used. I regularly ask for B&N cards for my Nook but no more. I have all my unused cards set aside & toss them after entering. If I thought there was a chance I used I wouldn't push this but the card wasn't used & you can't enter wo a pin *. Made to feel like an idiot scam artist & have * other new cards I will never again add to the Nook. Gonna call this * Monday.
