~cms101245: I had been in the hospital for the last * days.ehile there, I noticed the aromatherapy lotions and body washes were on sale for $*.**.I tried about *** times to checkout and pay, however, the website would not let me move past "continue checkout" screen.*While I didnt get upset, as I was SURE that today, I could call an d explain my situation, and they would help me.......NOT THE CASE AT ALL!! The woman I spoke with didn't try ANYTHING to adjust the price, whatsoever.*She claimed there was NO WAY to edit prices from a previous promotion.while I can understand this to a certain extent, I know from prior experience that she was not telling me the truth.... (had a phone that was almost 'out of commission' and wouldn't let me place order...cust svc rep helped and chsnged prices with NO issues!!) *There is nothing I hate more than when you're asking a retailer for help of sort with their merchandise, and they accuse you of lying or trying to get somethinh for nothing..I have worked cust svc
