GetHuman-79054: The customer service was fine although my complaint is with their hockey stick that broke after using it *x over ** days by my ** yr old son. Seems that $*** doesn't buy quality. They have a ** day warranty and hockey took a break for the holidays so the stick sat in his room for *** days. It would seem that they could at least take a look at it before just slamming the door. I will NOT buy anything Bauer in the future for my son.
