GetHuman-13607: I received my bill and wanted to pay it, but they do everything to make it hard! I called the number, and was told to call back. So I went online and the website was down (I tried multiple times). I called back and go through to the last step in paying via credit card, then was disconnected. I called back and the line announced "due to heavy call volume, cannot pick up". So I went online again, still not working. I scanned the barcode and it took another ** minutes, I wouldn't confirm my payment, I found out it was confirmed via my email instead. Any unpaid fees are likely due to the PERSON TRYING UNSUCCESSFULLY DUE TO BAD SYSTEMS.
