GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Bay Area Fastrak customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~dpnwter: The fastrak customer service rep I worked with today, needs to find a different job. The replishment systems makes no sense if you ETF from a Credit*Debit Card. They say they take an average of a running ** days and the calculate a one month ETF. So basically, my balance never was lower than ** dollars and they would arbitarily ETF from my account in the amount of *** dollar. If the system is smart enough to take money out it should at least send an email *-* days prior to making any deductions or allow a person to set up autmoated electronic payment as one could do for their mortages....so they debit consistently.
