~SO_CAL_Guy: The message at this number says that they are not accepting calls, use the web site. I did on ******** and got an email saying that I would get an answer to my dispute within * business days. As of today, no reply. I TRIED to use the email web system, after typing for * minutes, I hit submit and it came back with "System DOWN!!!!" What a crappy customer service organization (what customer service). Nobody to even complain to!!
