GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Bay Area Fastrak customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-9512: The rudest people behind the counter that I've ever encountered anywhere at the San Francisco payment site on *rd street! They know that no one is ever going to reprimand them so they're as rude as they want to be without fear of disciplinary action. They're substandard employees and substandard humans. I have complained over and over to no avail. Last time I went in to add cash to the account the hag at the counter was on a personal phone call during the entire transaction, ear piece well hidden under her filthy big hair. She was talking with her teeth clenched like a ventriloquist so I wouldn't notice, but I did! Stupid, horrible, rude people work there, but *, the really nice lady with the accent.
