~AL: Waited * minutes on hold. Called on another line and listened to a message saying that they could not take calls at this time and to call back later. Called * more times that day and got the same message. Strangely, after *pm, the auto system started accepting calls again, but there were no live people to help (but you could use the auto system to pay your toll etc) because it was after office hours. Called again *x today during office hours and got the "sorry" recording AGAIN. Ridiculous. And the website is not an option since it says my invoice is delinquent which it is NOT until after today. This is completely unacceptable.
