GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Bcmyinkjets.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Frustrated Customer: BUYER BEWARE!!! This company posts that a certain cartridge would work for my Brother printer. So I bought the High Yield Black cartridge. In a set of five for maximum savings. What they can't seem to get is that the High Yield Cartridge DOES NOT fit in the cartridge slot. First, they made me send them a photo. Which I did. Then they still insist that either a) it 'will fit in your printer' or b) I 'ordered the wrong cartidge'. Sorry, neither. Let's go for c) this company ***** and save your money or look elsewhere. They make you jump through hoops to return a product and were not even willing to waive shipping fees to send a regular yield cartridge *which I know will fit!*. NEVER AGAIN!
