~Paul Boyd: I purchased a pair of men's shoes at you Manatee Avenue store at Xmas ****. I have worn these shoes on five occasions to local restaurants. On the ** March **** I wore these same shoes to a restaurant with friends. The restaurant staff complained that I had made a mess throughout the premises. I inspected my shoes and saw that both soles had disintegrated and black rubber debris was indeed right through my route in the restaurant.*On the ** March I visited your Manatee Avenue store and complained to the manager. His response was that he was unaware how I walked and could not assist me further other than offering a small discount on my purchase of a new pair. He stated that he bought his shoes at the store and that they only lasted ** days. This is not the way to conduct business and leads to bad publicity on your stores.*Sincerely*Paul Boyd
