~mc hammer: My initial impression is that this number is better than the general online customer service number. I'm still waiting to see if the fix that was requested actually happens. I purchased a comforter set based on an incorrect item description and got the run around from the general online number. The rep at this number appeared to be addressing my complaint. Fingers crossed.
