~Marie R: Very upset with their handling of rebates. Failure to receive Tracking number after submission of rebate form with all required information. Resorted to writing to the corporate office to finally receive a $* rebate. Am once again running into same problem. Rebate submitted late Dec. ****, no tracking * recv'd and no evidence of my rebate submission on BBB Tracking Rebate site.

~Marie R: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
