GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Bell Mobility customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~moi: You would think that after five years with Bell that they would care about the client! Not so. In fact they couldn't care less. I love the so called customer service nowadays! There is NONE. It's just about the $$$$.I was over in date once..think they would sell me * gig for $**. NOPE,rather charge me $**.** for being over a few bites. I am baby boomer we know how customer service use to be. Service providers cared. Not today. **** today they can,t even speak English to you and you cant understand them and then you get all that back ground noise including the jokes or laughing, even the baby crying.SAD! That's all I can say. Bell cares not and I am leaving them. Perhaps I'll have better service with another provider.(hope so)
