~fedup: I've tried multiple timed to contact Bellakoolas customer care email and was never responded to. I placed my order early March, understanding that my order was back ordered by April, my card was charged. Mid April I contacted Bellakoola about my order but heard nothing... Tge end of April I contacted them again asking about the status of my order. Over a week later I get an confirmation that my order has shipped via usps with an incorrect tracking number. As far as I can tell, there are no intelligent life forms on the other end of their customer care email.
