~Elin Elkouby: First of all you should know that I love your ice cream.....and that is the reason why it is my first choice. BUT it happens too often in this country, Israel, that the ice cream is not OK. Too often it has softened and be refrozen causing it to have small ice crystals (....and it is not my fault!!!! ) or it has a bad taste as if the milk used producing it was not fresh. This happens too often (something like **% of the times that I buy) and I buy ice cream as a treat for the weekend or for holidays......so the disappointment is even bigger as the shops are closed. It takes me ** minutes to get to the shop where I bought it, so complaining and returning it is time consuming and it costs me extra money. I have come to the point where I am pretty MAD and SICK of this. This is completely disrespectful towards customers. Israeli ice cream in general is lousy. If you present your ice cream as a choice in Israeli shops you should make sure it is top quality!!!! Sincerely Elin Elkouby,HaKa
