~sadaras: i have been with bendigo bank for only a short period of time and been a pensioner I am disgusted in the your **.** bank fees for not having the right amount of money in your account. Its a very high price to pay, i have already been charged ***.** in bank fees for dishourned payments. The reason this happened was beyond my control. I have spoken to the bank manager at berwick and I found her to be very rude and inconsiderate. When i opened up my account with her, she was also very rude and abrupt. I would like to make a formal complaint in regards to her customer service skills. She seems more concerned about trying to impress the company she works for,for her own personal benefit, than trying to help out the smaller person (the customer) I feel as she looks down on people as is very judgemental, as we(i) dont have a lot of money I am not as much value, compared to a customer who may have *** ***.**. I find this very offensive and i think that she should treat everyone fairly like
