GetHuman-239505: I received a very rude letter from bhg telling me to send in my renewal amount of $** now "to prevent additional measures and your immediate response will be an important factor in determining our course of action". This is a result of the "auto renewal" system they have and I for one do not like it. I called the *-*** number above (since they do not have it on their website!) and took the reviewers advice and said "human" on the recording and went straight to a customer service rep. and CANCELLED my subscription which I didn't renew in the first place!
