~Carole: Once I got the correct phone *, I got good, quick service. BUT GETTING THE CONTACT*PHONE NUMBER IS A MINUS *. There isn't any contact information on the invoice, nor on the Meredith Books site. I had a hard time finding a phone * then tried BH&G Customer Service *. Not the right * for Diabetic Living Books but she gave me the direct *. - Once I had the correct * I had less than minute wait and a very nice, helpful Rep. My questions were answered. -- Why doesn't BH&G have better contact info and customer service support on their website?!? Considering how long BH&G has been around and all the titles it carries, something is wrong to have such a poor website and easy available support.
