GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Betterbee.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Belle: Do NOT order from Betterbee. They do not value customer service in the least. I have been a beeswax candlemaker for years. I recently purchased a block of wax from them....not cheap....***.**. It was a funny color and consistency and did not work at all like other beeswax that I have used to make candles. I wanted to ship it back to get another block. I was even going to drive there to exchange it (* hours away) as I had a pending order and could not wait for an exchange by mail. I sent them pictures and after numerous times on the phone with them telling me that I didn't know how to use their wax, they told me that they would NOT exchange it. If you need any of their type of products, I suggest you find another source as they obviously don't care about their customers. I do however, and will not sell inferior candles to my customers.

~Belle: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Belle: For that I would say one out of five.
