GetHuman-231977: This was my second order to Bh cosmetics. I had no problems with the first order but for my second order, I received an empty box and a packing slip. I called twice, held ** minutes each time it cut me off. I emailed the day that I received it but I am not holding my breath expecting a response. I called the next day and it said the number had been disconnected. I only spent $** but still, I would like my money credited back to my credit card. I likely will try to dispute it. I am a small business owner and I would NEVER treat a client like that. Oh well, maybe it was a fluke but I will not purchasing from them again. I usually use Coastal Scents and LOVE them. The only reason I ordered with Bh was because they had a gel eyeliner color that CS did not carry. My first order with Bh was just * gel eyeliners, arrived quickly and was fine. Coastal Scents is the way to go. They usually ship next day and I get my order in less than * days. The holiday season being upon us, the ord
